What do I need to tour?

Touring adults must provide a government-issued photo ID to tour our community.

Why do prices vary on the same floor plan?

Pricing is based on floor level, convenience, and view. 

What are the rental criteria?

What is a guarantor, and what are the requirements for one?

A guarantor is someone who agrees to be financially responsible for your lease contract in case of default. This option is typically used if an applicant's credit or financials do not meet our criteria. Guarantors must have: 

  • A strong credit rating. 
  • A monthly income of at least five times the monthly rent of the applied unit. 

How do I access my applicant account?

Log in through the "Apply" tab and the "Already have an account?" option. If you are unable to log in, please contact the office for assistance. 

What does the Administration Fee Cover?

The Administration Fee covers leasing, administrative tasks, and lease preparation prior to move-in. During your residency, our maintenance team provides complimentary services, including:

  • Replacing furnace filters, light bulbs, and batteries as needed.
  • Free carpet cleaning upon move-out.

Are washers and dryers provided on-site?

All apartments and townhomes have a washer and dryer set included. 

What parking options are available?

There are both uncovered and covered parking options for residents. Contact the office for additional details.

What are the move-out notice requirements?

A 60-day written notice is required before your lease expiration date. Please contact the office for additional details. 

Can I terminate my lease early?

What school district is this community located in?

What is the pet policy?

At Troy Allan, we understand how much you love and care for your pets, which is why we created a policy that allows you to enjoy your pets in your home. Our policy is as follows: Dogs and cats are welcome. A $350 non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in and $35 a month in pet rent (rent and fees cover up to two (2) pets). A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per household and must be over the age of six (6) months. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and must be spayed or neutered. Troy Allan is committed to upholding all fair housing laws. Please contact the leasing office for questions regarding service or emotional support animals.

The following list of breeds is restricted, a hybrid or mixed breed of the listed breed is equally restricted:

What fees should I expect to pay as a resident?

In accordance with local and state laws, this Rental Expense Disclosure informs you of the potential fees associated with renting from Altura Apartments. Please note that this disclosure is not legally binding, and the final Lease Contract will supersede. The information contained herein is accurate as of July 25th, 2025, and is subject to change based on market conditions.
